The case is Berg's 1-17S Washington Monument, Richmond, VA (listed as scarce). Except for a broken hinge, it is in fine condition with no noticeable chips, cracks, etc. The old man in his stove-pipe top hat sits with his arm resting on a strange spiral table. There is light flesh tones to the man's face and hands.
