Nell Dickerson is a photographer, published author, architect and Hollywood art director. She combines all of her passions to preserve the rich and enigmatic culture of the Southern United States. In the series, "Porch Dogs," Nell honors the age-old tradition of Porch Sitting by creating environmental portraits of the noble beasts that serve as the Sentinels of the South.
