With Robert's reproduction stamp on the verso. Roberts was active from about 1900 to the 1940s. He was both a commercial and salon photographer. Early on he was a member of the Portland Camera Club (Maine). His photographs are in the George Eastman House, the Museum of NM, Santa Fe, and the Chicago Historical Society. He photographed in both New York City and Philadelphia. His studio was in Philadelphia, PA.
