Bernard Heinrich Wilhelm (Henri) Berssenbrugge (Rotterdam, March 13, 1873 - Goirle, May 4, 1959) was a Dutch painter and photographer.

In 1901 Berssenbrugge moved from Rotterdam to Tilburg, where he opened a branch of the Rotterdam photography shop of Adolf Héron with the photographer Pierre Paul van Wulven. After Van Wulven returned to Rotterdam in 1902, he continued the business until he left for Rotterdam in August 1906. While in Tilburg and its surroundings, he photographed farmers, farm workers, children, home workers and gypsies. In 1957 he donated hundreds of glass negatives and prints to the municipal archives of Tilburg.

From 1906 to 1916 he lived in Rotterdam. In 1916 he moved to The Hague and in 1919 he married Joanna Melis from Tilburg. In 1921 he had his photo studio rearranged in The Hague by the architect Jan Wils and the painter Vilmos Huszár. At the end of that year, he also made the studio available for a temporary exhibition of the Haagsche Kunstkring. He continued to be active through 1942, and was published numerous times in the American Annual of Photography from 1928-1940. He died in 1959. He is listed in the Auer & Auer database.
